NJC 40TH ROAD RUN

So, it was roadrun! On a Saturday!

Sarah didn't run as she got an MC. I completed the run under 30 mins and got a point for the house. In total, I ran 10km this week in 2 days.

I rushed home immediately after roadrun to shower and went to meet OGthree for og-outing which essentially was a failure because everyone just went home after eating -.- Thankfully, my wifey stayed with me to chat and walk around.

Wongie happened to be in the area with the girls from her class, so I joined them while waiting for the s6a stj which was at 615pm.

Anyway, we were hanging out at cine when jingwen spotted 3 girls from campus superstar. When they saw us looking at them, they deliberately stood in front of us and posed -.- Joselin's plain poserish luh.

Alrighties, it doesn't involve me at all and I felt quite awkward to be there but nevertheless it was a good time to catch up with xinyi and a few others.

LGG crashed the dinner. Well, it was his 18th birthday! [: HAPPY BIRTHDAY LGG!

He was about to go to Zouk with Jun Hao (who also crashed) and Lin Yi, and was psychoing me to go along, but being the good girl I am I said nooo.

Amazingly, s6a was the only class / group of people who didn't make any comments about my hair. Ever since I got the haircut, everyone in NJ's been saying I look different (everyday). Like everyday! How different can I look from the day before when I simply pinned up my hair? Haha...

And the worst thing, Miss Ling doesn't recognise me at all! :(

I'll call her whenever I see her, and each time she will give me this "who's that ah?" look until she walks close enough to see it's me, and then she'll go "You look so different! Cannot recognise you!"

After I got the haircut it became worse haha... But one of the days, she finally recognised me and went, "WAI MIN!" with a beam on her face that said "yay I recognise her". Haha.

After that, helped Louis to settle bill matters and we went home.

It was nice meeting up with them, but I was feeling really out of place. I was really tired after morning's road run and outings etc, so I just behaved as my normal anti-social self and sit there stone. Must be less unfriendly in future!

After the last lesson, I rushed home because there was supposed to be OG outing later in the evening, and I was carrying loads of stuff from Vday (not to mention the dying sunflower from twin).

On my way back to school, I got a cake for Yu Teng, and passed it to him for his birthday. It was a small cake enough for 10 people because I couldn't find a small cake, haha... Walked back to school to look for my rose at the class lettertray. My OG ordered a rose for me, but it was missing :(

I was sitting on the first step of the staircase, and everyone else was just sitting around blocking other people's way.

After a good 45 minutes or more at the stairway, we decided on PS for dinner.

Bat sat with me opposite this cute little girl, whom we later realised was Korean! Her name's Reia!

Her mommy told her to do a "chee-si" (cheese), and asked her to do a victory sign. But children so young, don't know their body very well yet, and she ended up looking at her fingers trying to do the v sign. Super adorable!

I gave her some chocs, and she immediately put down her shoes to eat the choc. Initially she was holding on to her shoes like they were her treasures haha. After eating she immediately picked her shoes up again [:

Anyway, Kish got us pretty notebooks from Stationery Island, a pretty shop that sells cute Korean stuff! She got me a notebook and a book for recording expenditure, and both were wrapped in a holey wrapping paper. so cute!
